This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it when you interact with our website, booking process, the Vibo planning app, and our SMS communications. Your use of our text messaging program is also governed by our Terms of Service.
Xpress Entertainment Corp is a South Florida wedding and event entertainment company headquartered in Pembroke Pines, FL, serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
Information you give us (name, email, phone, and event details when you submit a form or sign a contract), planning information you add to the Vibo app, and usage data collected automatically (device, browser, pages visited) via cookies.
By providing your mobile phone number to Xpress Entertainment — through our website forms, chat widget, booking process, or in writing — you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from us related to your event, appointment and planning reminders, customer care, account updates, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. No mobile information — including your phone number — will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only sharing that occurs is with the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform and telecommunications provider), and solely so we can deliver the messages you have requested — never for their own marketing.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, plan and perform your event, send updates, and meet legal obligations. Data is stored on encrypted, password-protected platforms, with access limited to team members who need it. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers (such as Vibo and our payment processor) under confidentiality, with your assigned DJ for planning, and with legal authorities when required by law.
